The Finance and Administration Committee assists the Board in achieving its statewide objectives and responsibilities by developing and implementing a policy framework that permits the Committee to advise the Board on the management of the ongoing financial and administrative affairs of the System; focus the business functions of the System on supporting the System's mission and Board priorities; and evaluate, monitor, and advise the Board on financial risk posed by, but not limited to, capital projects, debt, and budget allocations. The Finance and Administration Committee meets preceding the full monthly Board meetings. Finance and Administration Committee meeting notices, meeting dockets/materials, and minutes can be found under Board Meetings.
