NOTICE OF MEETING
BOARD OF HIGHER EDUCATION COMMITTEE ON
GOVERNANCE AND STRUCTURE

The State Board of Higher Education Committee on Governance and Structure will hold a meeting in accordance with the date, location, and schedule listed below.

WEDNESDAY, OCTOBER 7, 1998

9:30 a.m. - 12 noon                Governance and Structure Committee
                                               DoubleTree Hotel, Astoria Room
                                               310 S.W. Lincoln, Portland

The purpose of the meeting is to review revised Internal Management Directives, consider the concept of institution advisory councils, and review the recommendations on institutional mission statements. All of these topics will be brought before the full Board at the regular meeting on October 16, 1998.
