NOTICE OF CHANGE OF SCHEDULE

TO: MEMBERS OF THE STATE BOARD OF HIGHER EDUCATION

This is to inform you of a change of meeting schedule. The Board Renewal Work Session, scheduled for Friday afternoon, July 18 and Saturday morning, July 19, 1997, has been canceled.

The regular Board meeting will be held as scheduled on Friday, July 18 at the North Willamette Research and Extension Center in Aurora, Oregon, in accordance with the locations and schedule listed below:

8:30 a.m. Executive Session of the Board
First Floor Conference Room
The purpose of the Session is to receive an update from those who are charged with negotiation of labor contracts.

9:15 a.m. Board Meeting
Large Conference Room

12 noon
(or at conclusion of meeting) Lunch
Front Patio
