An Executive Committee meeting of the State Board of Higher Education will be held via telephone conference call on Friday, August 21, 1998. This meeting will be held in accordance with the locations and schedule listed below:

Topics included on the agenda are:

• Ratification of the Master's of Software Engineering program (To be brought before the full Board at its October 1998 meeting. A staff summary will be completed at a later date and mailed to Board members. Those interested in receiving a copy may call the Board's office.)
• Athletic funding report
