A regular meeting of the State Board of Higher Education will be held on Friday, February 20, 1998. All meetings will be held on the campus of Portland State University, Portland, Oregon, in accordance with the locations and schedule listed below:

At 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, February 19, there will be a dinner, followed by
a special presentation to the Board. President Dan Bernstine is hosting this
event, which will be held in Room 338, Smith Memorial Center.
