A special meeting of the State Board of Higher Education will be convened by telephone on Wednesday, January 29, 1997, at 4 p.m.

The purposes for the meeting are to approve the revised Board Presidential Search Policy and to name the chair and Board members who will serve on the Portland State University Presidential Search Committee.
