recipients were gathered, demonstrating that 49% transferred during study
period (twice the national average for students with 12 credits or more in
transfer courses)

Boards Articulation Commission replaced the HB 2913 Committee and the
University System/Community College Coordinating Committee
1993: Policy and procedures
recommended for review of applied academic courses submitted by high schools
for use by OUS
1994: Professional-technical
course numbering policy developed
1994: College credits earned
while students are in high school reaffirmed (dual credit courses)

Transfer degree standards revised
1995: Agreement reached on
"data exchange" elements and procedures
1996: Data-exchange project
tested, making necessary revisions to procedures. Completion of first

professional-technical coursework and to allow the inclusion
of WR 115 as an elective
