	September 21, 1999             Contact:     Bob Bruce, 503-725-5714 Source:    Dick Markwood, 541-383-7252 CORAB Leaders Meet Friday, Sept. 24, in Bend PORTLAND -- The Central Oregon Regional Advisory Board to the Oregon State Board of Higher Education will meet Friday, Sept. 24, in Bend.    On the agenda will be discussion of the CORAB vision documents and reports from the Marketing Committee on short-term communication strategy and from the Program Planning Committee on a business plan. The meeting, which is open to the public, will be held from 8:30 a.m. to noon in the Max Merrill Conference Room of the Central Oregon Community College Library, 2600 NW College Way, Bend.
