State Board Executive Committee Friday Meeting Cancelled,
Joint Boards of Education Meeting Still On

EUGENE - The State Board of Higher Education has cancelled a Friday, May 21, meeting of its Executive Committee in Salem.

The committee meeting will be rescheduled as part of the Board's next regular meeting in June.

A joint meeting of the State Board of Higher Education and the State Board of Education, however, remains scheduled at 11:30 a.m. Friday in Room 1343 of the State Capitol in Salem. The agenda for the joint meeting includes a discussion on CIM, CAM and PASS issues, and reports on regional partnerships, legislative activities, the Oregon Reading Initiative, the Economic Development Joint Boards Work Group, and a quality assurance grant proposal. The meeting is open to the public.
