WHAT:
Oregon University System Chancellor, George Pernsteiner, is seeking input on the qualities and qualifications of the next president of EOU. Join him to lend your voice to the discussion on the qualifications and role of the next president. This is the second round of public input on the next president held by the Chancellor. Your input will be shared with the Search Committee, the Search firm, and the Board of Higher Education.
A diverse Search Committee has been selected to lead the search process, made up of EOU faculty, staff, students, alumni, and members of La Grande, Eastern Oregon communities, and other constituents in education, business and public service; and assisted by a professional search firm.
WHO:
Chancellor George Pernsteiner joined the Oregon University System in 2004, and works closely with the State Board of Higher Education to improve access to, affordability of, and student success in higher education.
