Accounting and Reporting Calendar 2012

Board Docket Due Dates:

• Information to be included in the next Board meeting's docket must be received by the Board's Office two Fridays before the Board meeting at 5:00 p.m.

Management Quarterly Report Due Dates:

• For the 1st, 2nd and 3rd quarters, management reports from the universities are due in the Controller's Division by 5:00 p.m. one week before the docket is due for the Board meeting, which is three weeks before the Board meeting.
• For 4th quarter, management reports from the universities are due in the Controller's Division by 5:00 p.m. two weeks before the docket is due for the Board meeting, which is four weeks before the Board meeting.
• This provides the Controller's Division one week to compile the management reports, to follow up on any unexplained variances, to review the management reports with the OUS Budgets Division, and to prepare the docket item for the next Board meeting.

Closing of Monthly Periods:

• See the 'Description of Accounting Periods' policy section 05.005.

Bi-Monthly Accounting and Reporting Meetings and Conference Calls:

Conference calls will happen on the odd numbered months - January, March, May, July (If necessary), September and November.

• EOU – Second Thursday, 1:30 pm – 2:30 pm
• OIT – Second Thursday, 11:00 am - noon
• OSU – Third Tuesday, 3:00 – 4:30 pm
• PSU – Third Friday, 1:00 – 2:30 pm
• SOU – Second Wednesday, 9:00 – 10:00 am
• UO – Third Wednesday, 9:30 – 11:00 am
• WOU – Second Wednesday, 1:00 – 2:00 pm
